DD Freedish will have customer care service for STBs activate

Doordarshan DTH ( DD Freedish) will have now customer care service through call centre for implementation of Conditional Access System (CAS). The Set-top boxes will be CAS enabled and customers shall have to purchase STBs from the Doordarshan authorized Indian STB OEM’s dealers/distributors. Set-Top Boxes will be registered by customers on Doordarshan DD Freedish network through call centre and Doordarshan will have the database of all its active customers and set-top boxes

 
A customer can log his/her complaint, if any, with the call centre of Doordarshan which will be transferred to the respective service centre of the authorised set-top box OEM’s who will finally redress the compliant of the customer related to the set-top box.

So DD Freedish DTH is very soon going implementation of this call centre facility.
